Lack of landscaping details on Taylor

The developer has left off plans to make changes to the wall and easement along Taylor Drive looking to the South. 

Apparently, the city will be gifted some property back along Taylor Drive.

None of these plants have been offered, nor will provide proper sound, sight and environmental landscaping facing south
