Zoning meeting applicant to re-notice community

5 speakers against project spoke at public comments, Madalyn Welch Zoning Administrator had not questions for staff but mentioned stated that she sympathized with the comments and concerns from residents and that they will take into consideration with the project. Ms. Welch stated that she would continue the project to a date uncertain so that the applicant is required to re-notice.
