2015 Noise Complaint Summary

"The City of Huntington Beach has received numerous reports that there is a significant amount of noise disturbances coming from your property starting as early as 4:30 A.M. each morning from trucks backing up fork lifts being operated, and other noises relating to your business." - Jimmy Hoang

Your property is located within ZONE 1. The acceptable  decibel reading for properties in ZONE 1 is under 50decibels from 10 P.M. to 7 P.M. Noises from trucks, fortlifts, etc., are severely affecting the surrounding neighborhoods in the early morning hours.

The approved Conditional Use Permit No. 12-002(attached) requires the property to be in compliance with the City's Noise Ordinance. IMMEDIATELY ensure that no trucks, fork lifts, and any noises relating to your property exceeds the permitted 50 decibel reading from10 P.M. to 7 A.M.
