Change to access and traffic pattern

Now that the Lumber Yard will no longer be using the Railroad Tracks, can Prodan Drive be extended over/through the defunct railroad tracks to allow access to 7600 Redondo Circle property off Gothard?!!

A sound study and vehicle/truck report reconciliation still needs to be completed for the property as a whole.  Send this project back to the drawing board!
