Incomplete Notice of Action

There are so many things missing, misleading or items that need clarification or correction on this document from the city to the developer, it is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. 

And for those of you STILL confused, apparently the planning commissioners approved 54 trucks during overnight hours 10:00pm-7:00am daily.   ??!!!
