Park Lightpole -DCU

According to HB Public Works, this is a Data Collection Unit (DCU). This device is used by the City to collect water meter readings in your area. The DCU gathers basic water usage information from nearby meters, allowing us to read meters remotely without needing to access individual properties. 

This approach allows the City to provide more timely and accurate billing, quickly identify potential leaks, and improve overall water system management.

It is a box that they added onto your water meter on your property (usually at the curb) that constantly emits radio frequency signals.
