Based on the results of this investigation, Partner concludes that the subsurface has been impacted withVOCs, in part, from an on-Site release. Read the report, page 22/23 Partner recommends remediating the subsurface VOC impacts at the Site to mitigate the risk of vapor intrusion in the future redevelopment and reduce groundwater impacts.
