Prior to the announcement of this major project with the city of HB online were you aware of the environmental hazards in the area? 

The land owner, developer and city have had the knowledge of the documented hazards for years.   What has been done to mitigate it? 

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 27, § 25601 - Safe Harbor Clear and Reasonable Warnings - Methods and Content. 

(d) Environmental exposure warnings must be provided in a conspicuous manner and under such conditions as to make the warning likely to be seen, read, and understood by an ordinary individual in the course of normal daily activity.
