Their appeal was based a few things including the assumption that the IS (Initial Study)/MND (Mitigated Negative Declaration) violates CEQA, as it does not mitigate the significant impacts of the Project properly for the topics of Geology and Soils and Hazards and Hazardous Materials topics.
