Speculative Project - No Tenants, yet?

The buildings are proposed to a maximum height of 40 ft and will be designed to comply with Chapter 7 of the City’s Design Guidelines for industrial developments. As shown on Exhibit 5, Conceptual Renderings, the new buildings will use high-quality and creative materials like different types of glass, concrete panels, aluminum panels, and metal canopies. 

They will also have live green walls on the southern and eastern sides. Live green walls will be installed along the southern and eastern sides of the buildings.

It should be noted that the final architectural plans may change, but any development with in the property will be in conformance with the development standards as outlined in Table 1, Development Standards.
