The project proposes to demolish a 5,172-square-foot building and lumber yard facility to construct two industrial warehouse buildings totaling 186,680 square feet. Compared to the existing land use on the site, the Project will generate 56 more daily trips, with 64 more trips inthe morning peak hour and 53 more trips in the evening peak hour.
